A pale blue dot hangs in the distance,
suspended in the darkest void.
Such a lonely world,
lost in time as it hurtles through the unknown on its aimless journey.
So far away,
deafening silence envelops this speck in the cosmos.
A world in constant motion,
soundless as it whips around at breakneck speed.
In the grand expansion of infinity,
merely an atom is the lonely planet.
Only a single cell,
it is but a part of an incomprehensible organism.
Within a universe of unimaginable scale,
the pale blue dot is all alone.
For the magnitude of infinity is out of reach,
the universe knows of us not unlike a single cell on our own being.
