One In The Crowd Of Many
One out of the crowd of many,
Drowning in the wishes of others.
To be seen and heard is a rarity,
when you’re one in a crowd of many.
One out of the crowd of many,
Trampled on and abandoned out back.
Yearning for attention is futile,
When you’re one in a crowd of many.
One out of the crowd of many,
Cares when no one else does.
Taken advantage of at every turn,
When you’re one in a crowd of many.
One out of the crowd of many,
Has talents and gifts for the world.
Faith in oneself with a lack of support,
When you’re one in a crowed of many.
One out of the crowd of many,
Will rise to the top above all.
Because one in a crowd of many,
Begins at the bottom and refuses to fall.
