The Beach Of Lost Dreams
By Caleb James K.
Running free
With glass dreams
Ever so fragile.
It’s to be
That you see
They fall and shatter.
And on the beach
We run and scream
Our souls in tatters.
For when we reach
For our dreams
But the pieces scatter.
We’re no longer free
To believe
That our dreams still matter.
