Grief is something that hits us all in a different way. Whether that be feelings of absolute sorrow, losing the will to live, or even as motivation to improve our lives, there is something we can learn from grief. But what if that grief was a physical entity that wouldn’t leave you alone?
With featured author Blake Johnson’s short story “The Basement and What Jacob Fought There,” we are introduced to a young man who is struggling to overcome feelings of loss. Only, the phyical embodiment of grief stalks him and won’t let him move on.
This is a truly trippy tale and we hope you all enjoy it as much as we have.
Cheers,
